SHIPPING POLICY

We will process the order post booking within 10 working days there from. You will be kept notified about the same.

  • Order/s will be delivered by a Reputed Courier Agency.

  • Any complaint regarding delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the said Courier Agency.

  • Factors such as unavailability of recipient, administrative & political instability in your region, extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, destination custom clearance process, or any other unforeseen events may cause delay and the same are not warranted for, under the provisions of the shipping policy.

  • Shipping period of 10 working days is not applicable to remote and interior locations with limited/minimal accessibility.

 

Obligations on Delivery​​

  • Once the order is dispatched, no redirection or change of address will be entertained.

  • Orders will be processed subject to availability of the product.

  • Free shipping will be valid only for the limited period and area as specified in the respective promotion/offer.

  • The Courier Agency will leave a card explaining that it has attempted to deliver your goods if you are unavailable to receive the consignment and a maximum of two delivery attempts will be made by the courier agency.

  • If you do not contact the Courier Agency post the 1st delivery attempt; the second delivery attempt will be automatically scheduled on the next working day free of charge.

  • For premium delivery options you can contact the Courier Agency. Additional charges may apply.

  • Alternatively, you can contact the Courier Agency and collect your order from the agency’s registered local office for no extra charge.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Cancellation and Refund
    If you cancel the order with Chiver under any circumstances…

  2. The order will not be processed further

  3. No dispatch or delivery will take place

  4. Complete refund will be provided

  5. Cancellation Acceptance Policy


  6. You can cancel the order if…

  7. You have purchased the wrong size

  8. You have purchased the wrong color

  9. You have purchased the wrong style

  10. You have submitted incorrect billing address

  11. You have submitted incorrect shipping address

  12. You have learnt that the purchase made was a result of fraudulent activity

  13. We will start the refund process soon after receiving the request of cancellation

  14. We will refund the complete amount to your Credit/ Debit card / Net Banking account, whichever is the original mode of transaction during purchase.

  15. Refunds to Credit / Debit card may take up to 7-10 days, depending upon the policies of issuing bank.

  16. In case of credit card refund, allow 2 to 3 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your billing statements.

  17. Chiver reserves the right to discretion & final decision.

  18. Return acceptance policy

  19. Please take into account that only unused, unsoiled, unaltered, not dry cleaned and not perfumed products will ONLY be considered eligible for returns.

  20. All the Labels, Tags, Original Invoice, Maintenance coupons and/or any other inclusion and original packaging of the product should be kept intact.

  21. Ship the product through a Reliable & Reputed Courier Service Provider that will provide you with an online tracking number and retain the same until the refund is processed.

  22. Chiver would suggest you to use the same Courier Agency through which product has been delivered.

  23. Chiver takes no liability in case of loss of merchandise by Courier Agency.

  24. No refund will be issued if we do not receive the product within 15 days of receiving the return request.


  25. Premises of requesting a return

  26. You find the package received to be damaged or is tampered with.

  27. The product received has a manufacturing defect (an utterly unlikely event).

  28. The product received is wrong in terms of size, color, type or make.

  29. The shipment received is incomplete.

  30. Steps to apply for a return

  31. Initiate a request for refund by placing your order number.

  32. You will receive a download link of the Cancellation/ Return Form from us.

  33. Fill the form and submit it within 7 days of receiving the delivery of the order.

  34. For return shipments within India, one way shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer.

  35. For International Returns, shipping cost, custom duties [wherever applicable] will have to be borne by the customer.
